Newsletter & Data

Subscribing to EERP research updates

This page explains how European Equity Research Partners, S.L. ("EERP") handles your subscription to research updates and the personal data you provide, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

1. Double opt-in confirmation

Submitting your email address does not, on its own, subscribe you. EERP operates a double opt-in process: after you submit the form we send a confirmation email to the address provided. Your subscription becomes active only once you click the confirmation link in that email. If you do not confirm, the address is discarded and you receive no communications.

2. Data controller

The data controller is European Equity Research Partners, S.L. (Tax ID number B88666292), registered office at Plaza General Santes, 4, bajo 2, 46160 Llíria (Valencia), Spain. Privacy contact: privacy@europeanequityresearch.com.

3. Data collected

Email address (required) and, optionally, name, company and professional role. EERP does not collect special categories of personal data.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to send you EERP research alerts and the corporate newsletter. The legal basis is your express consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given through the confirmation step described above. Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and is recorded together with its date and the version of these terms in force.

5. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, by using the unsubscribe link included in every email or by writing to privacy@europeanequityresearch.com. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and your address is removed from the distribution list.

6. Retention

Confirmed subscriber data is retained until you withdraw consent. Unconfirmed addresses are not retained. Records evidencing consent are kept for the period required to demonstrate compliance and are then deleted.

7. Recipients and transfers

EERP relies on its website and email infrastructure providers as data processors under Article 28 GDPR. Where any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision (Article 45 GDPR) or appropriate safeguards (Article 46 GDPR). EERP does not sell or rent subscriber data.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to privacy@europeanequityresearch.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es. The full detail of these rights is set out in EERP's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

EERP may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Material changes are communicated through the corporate website and, where appropriate, by email to confirmed subscribers.
